We may have a good solution: playing social netball in London. Believe it or not, this sport is amazing for both girls and women and it can also prove a way of making your daughter become a more daring and sociable person. Here are some benefits of playing netball.

The advantages of playing social netball:

If you girl is too shy for making friends on her own, by playing social netball she will have the chance to spend some time with other people who have the same interests as her. It is also true that there is even a high probability for your girl to not fit into the group of the other players, but you do not know until you try. In case this happens, you should talk to her and look for other alternatives.

What is more, playing netball is also a way of keeping fit, a thing which is also high priority for teenage girls. Unfortunately, these are the times when people have the tendency to judge a woman firstly by taking into consideration her aspect and then by giving importance to her personality. It is superficial thing, but also a common practice. In case your daughter agrees that netball can help her a lot when it comes to weight loss, you should support her, by helping her keep a healthy diet. Physical exercises do not work if you do not combine them with a healthy diet based on fruit and vegetables.

What can you do if your daughter does not want to play social netball?

On the other hand, you can change her mind by offering her a reason for feeling motivated. For example, you can offer her a small present first, if she agrees to go playing netball. Then, this thing will not be necessary because she will grow to like it.

On the other hand, there is also true that this sport may not suit her. Thus, you should look for something different, such as tennis or volleyball. Regardless the choice that you are about to make, you should ask for her opinion first in order to avoid conflicts. Teenage girls can be somehow difficult to please.
